Who processes your data

The data controller is EMANUELA 1 Ltd. (UIC 201520899), 27 Tsar Samuil St, Ruse, Bulgaria, phone +359 899 970 685 (“we”).

What data we collect

• When you book online: name, phone, email (optional), note (optional), the chosen service, specialist, date and time.
• When you send a message through the contact form: first name, last name (optional), phone, email (optional), service and the text of your message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data in the hosting provider's server logs, needed to keep the site secure.

What we use it for

• To book, confirm, change or cancel your appointment — performance of a contract and steps taken before entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To reply to your enquiry — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us deliver the service and process the data on our instructions: website hosting (Netlify), the booking database (Supabase, servers in the EU) and the salon management software where appointments are recorded.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for up to 2 years after your last visit, unless the law requires a longer period. We keep contact form messages for up to 12 months.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not track visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you book in demo mode, the data stays only in your browser (localStorage).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, call us on +359 899 970 685. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
